Ray Forkan has fifteen years experience successfully providing artwork to the International Animation Industry in a variety of roles and styles.
Most prominently as an Art director for M2 in Thailand and as a Key Background Painter in Animated Features for the top Studios in Europe.

He has proven abilities to quickly adapt to styles, working methods and cultures founded on an aptitude for and thorough understanding of Art and Design.

He is a dedicated Plein Air Painter who paints in all weather conditions.

He has seen the enormous benefit of practicing this discipline in terms of understanding the core fundamentals -tone, color, mood- the nature of light and atmosphere.
